The concrete operation method is as follows: when the insulation of the motor is qualified, the stator of the motor is placed vertically. The purpose is to make the insulation paint easy to soak into the gap of the winding and the cracks and micro-holes of the insulation material. When the temperature of the winding drops to 70-C, it can be dipped sometimes. The dipping time is about 15 minutes until no bubbles appear. When dipping the paint, the viscosity of the paint should be moderate. If the insulating paint is too sticky, it can be diluted with xylene and other solvents. After drying, the paint is dipped for the second time and then dried. The purpose of dipping paint is to enhance the moisture resistance of windings, increase the insulation strength and mechanical strength of windings, and improve the heat dissipation and corrosion protection of windings.

Generally, there are two stages. In the low temperature stage, the temperature is controlled at 70-80%, and the time is about 2-4 hours. At this stage, the solvent evaporates slowly, which can avoid the formation of paint film on the surface of the winding, and make the internal gas can not be eliminated to form bubbles. In the high temperature stage, the temperature is controlled at 120 ~ C and the drying time is 8 ~ L6 hours. This stage will make the winding surface form a strong paint film. During the drying process, the insulation resistance should be measured every 1 hour.
