The Electrical Insulated Laminated wood is a kind widely used insulation materials in transformers.

1.Main Raw Materials: Epoxy resin. Birch Sheet.
2.Compressed and Laminated Wood Used For Electrical Insulationrief Introduction:
It is widely used for insulation parts of the oil immersion transformer and instrument transformer, such as upper/lower clips.supporting beams.spacers. etc.
3.Nominal  thickness : 10–1500mm     1500X3000mm
Spinning cutting from excellent birch veneer into veneer sheets, drying and laminating and hot pressing. Has the advantages of moderate density, high mechanical strength, easy vacuum drying, easy machining, the dielectric constant close to the transformer oil, insulation cooperating reasonable,can be used in transformer oil for long. It can be used for the production of coil plate, core pad, lead bracket and other insulation/support components in transformers or mutual inductor.

Processing Technology of Electrical Insulation Laminated Wood:
Qualified base material – primary soaking – secondary soaking – rotary cutting – veneer drying – veneer cutting and repairing – gluing and blank assembling – pre pressing – hot pressing. (low medium adhesive and several layers of veneer are used, each layer of veneer is 1.2-2.2mm thick, and the wood grain is crisscross, crisscross and parallel to form the blank, which is pressed under high pressure.)
Application of of Electrical Insulation Laminated Wood:
It is widely used in insulation and support materials of transformer and transformer. Its dielectric constant is close to that of transformer oil, and its insulation coordination is reasonable. It can be used for a long time in 105 ℃ transformer. Under the action of external force and strong electric field, it will not break or be broken down. At present, electrical laminated wood materials have been widely used at home and abroad to make insulating structural parts, such as: upper and lower pressing plates, lead brackets, yoke pads, coil insulation pressing plates, yoke clamps, etc. It is used to make clamps in the transformer instead of steel plate, insulating board and epoxy board, so as to reduce the dead weight and material cost of the transformer.
