1、 Arc resistance of electrical insulating materials:
The ability of insulating materials to resist arc infection along their surface under specific implementation conditions. When implemented, high voltage and small current are exchanged, and the arc resistance of the insulating material is determined by the time required for the surface of the insulating material to form a conductive layer through the influence of the arc generated between the two electrodes by high voltage. Generally, the greater the time value, the better the arc resistance.
2、 Breakdown voltage and electrical strength of electrical insulation material:
Under a certain strong electric field, the insulation material is damaged, and the insulation performance of the insulation ladder becomes conductive, which is called breakdown. The breakdown voltage is called breakdown voltage. Electric strength is the quotient of the distance between the voltage when breakdown occurs under certain conditions and the two electrodes as applied voltage, that is, the breakdown voltage that plays a role on the unit thickness. For insulating materials, the higher the breakdown voltage and electrical strength, the better.
3、 Ignition resistance of electrical insulating materials:
With the increasing application of insulating materials, the requirements for its flame retardant point are higher and higher. Many manufacturers have begun to use various methods to improve the flame resistance of insulating materials. The higher the ignition resistance, the better the safety.
